Karaoke Cowboy’s Mission Statement:

1 - Always be a good Samaritan.

2 - Legally, do whatever you can to have the most fun possible. Remember, you only get one life so make the best of it. If you don’t, God isn’t going to let you start over. So don’t do anything you don’t have to or want to.

3 - Legally, do whatever is the most profitable and the most cost effect (price vs. value). But always keep rule 1 and rule 2 in mind when making decisions.

4 - Happy customers and/or friends are life long customers and friends. Unhappy customers and/or friends are lost customers and/or friends. If you think your life, job and/or company don't depend on your good deeds, think again. Or your'll be out of a job, lossing friends and closing down your business.

5 - Make sure you know who your REAL customers are. Don't listen to the VOCAL MINORITY they'll put you out of business. Find and listen to your REAL customers. They're going to be the SILENT MAJORITY. You can aford to lose the vocal minorty customers as long as you keep your real customers happy. Remeber they'll be the silent majority. If you change based on the VOCAL MINORTY, you'll make the SILENT MAJORITY unhappy. Do you want to lose the majority of your customers in order to keep the minority of your customers happy? In most cases, you'll dicover that those VOCAL MINORITY CUSTOMERS are not loyal customers but one time visitors. They're company killers.

- Or as Adam Harvey says (he's a great Australian country artists), "My customers are the boss. I work for them. They don't work for me."

6 - Treat everyone like you want to be treated when it doesn't cost you anything. If it's going to cost you, decided if you can afford it, is that person important to you (wife, husband, child, relative...), will that person repay the favor? If the answer to all three of those questions is no don't waste the money, unless you can afford it.

7 - If someone owes you and they treat you like dirt, never trust them again till they make up for what they did to you and pay you back for what they owed you from before.
